Terms of Service
General:I reserve the right to reject commissions for any reason.Credit must be prominently displayed in bio/about panel/video description and link to my twitter.Complicated designs subject to additional fee.Payment: Payment through paypal via invoice to email included in commission form.Payment can be paid 100% upfront or split half upfront, half upon completion of model "sketch".Process and Delivery:I will notify you when I start work on your model and you therefore lose the right to a refund (see below for refund/cancellation policy)I will be in contact while working on your model to keep you informed and may ask questions during the process to make sure I am as accurate as possible.Models are created using a combination of Vroid, Unity, and blender.Wait time could range from two weeks up to three months depending on factors such as health, complexity of the design, and other work. If any factors come up that could affect the initial estimated delivery time, I will let you know ASAP.When the model is complete, I will send a VRM file to the email included in the commission form.Revisions:Minor revisions are included at no additional cost.Major revisions may incur additional fees, and can only be done during specified steps.If you wish for revisions after previously approving something, there will be an additional fee, ammount dependant on the change you want me to make and typically based on an hourly wage.If your reference is unclear to begin with, any changes will incur additional fees.Copyright/Usage Policy:I claim the rights to the produced model. I am entitled to:* Use the model to promote myself.
* Display and post the model anywhere I choose (website, social media, etc.)You, the client, are entitled to:* The design and usage of the model
* Use the model for personal use
* Claim the character as your own, but not the model itself
* Use the model to promote yourself
* Use the model for commercial use, including live streams and videos where the intent is to earn revenue through monetization.The following is considered copyright infringement:
* Claiming the model work as your own
* Altering the model in any way without my consent
* Selling the model without my consentI reserver the full rights to the model and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.Customer Satisfaction:I will do everything I can to make my clients happy!If you have any issues in regards to the commissioned model, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.I am willing to revise these terms only if discussed before I begin work on your model.Refund/Cancellation Policy:No Refunds once I have started work on your commission.If for any reason I am unable to start or complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.If you cancel before I start work on your commission, you will receive a full refund.
